History tab

The History tab shows the following information:

  • create date and time

  • direct change to the object

  • date and time of change

  • the person responsible for change

  • chat messages on the object's page

  • source of changes (displayed before the description of the change):

    • manual user actions – no marker
    • [from BI] – blue #2680C2, bold
    • [from import] – green #2680C2, bold
    • [absorbed] – orange #2680C2, bold
  • changes in associated child hierarchical objects:

    • For example, changes in the Response number object will be displayed in the history of the Sales Revenue Dashboard object.

  • previous and new values for:
    • Object name
    • Category
    • Object type
    • Report system
    • Cover
    • Description
    • Attributes
    • Related objects
    • Responsible users and groups
    • Keywords
    • Synonyms

Users can filter the history using the following options:

  • Show All – view all entries without any filters applied.
  • Attributes and Categories – select specific attributes or categories to narrow down the results.
  • Business processes – filter entries by their associated business processes to track actions, statuses, and progress within a specific workflow.
  • Relations – filter based on related entries for better context.
  • Chat Message – search for specific messages within the chat history.
  • Roles – filter entries by user roles to focus on relevant interactions.
  • Source of changes – filter history entries by their change source marker (from BI, from import, absorbed, or manual).
