Public profile

Public profile is a special type of user that provides access with limited capabilities. User has access to all content according to the permissions for this specific user.

Limitations​

User with public profile (Explorer) does not have access to:

  • customisation of the dashboard and personal workspace
  • object creation
  • business processes
  • export of one object page into pdf of Excel
  • request access button

Any user can follow the Public link and use Analytics Hub

  • without login (if needed)
  • with standard read access
