Attributes

Attributes of a specific object type include: attachment, calculation formula, and more.

List

Admin can see all attributes in one list.

Also, on this page, Admin can:

Search

• search for the attribute by name, description or using the search field

Order by

• change the number of the list point for one page of pagination, from 10 to 35

• sort the list by Name, Description, Type, Creation date or Last Update date

Delete

• delete one attribute using the trash icon in the list

• select several entities using checkboxes and delete them all

• tick the checkbox near the search field and select all attributes on the page

• click the Delete All button and remove all attributes

Please note, that if the attribute is deleted, it is removed from the object with its value; the attribute and it's value can not be restored

Change permission

• create or change the permission for the attribute using the "key" icon

Create

Create a new relation using the ‘Create new attribute’ button.

In the Create new attribute page, Admin can:

Item	Description	UI
Specify name	required field; the value of the attribute name should be unique	input field
Add description	Admin can add the description for the attribute	text area
Required attribute	the setting defines if the attribute is obligatory for the object creation	switcher
Is filter	the setting defines whether to show or hide the attribute in the filter panel	switcher
Used in Request object	this setting defines if this attribute is used in the Request creation	switcher
Used for generate description	the setting defines that this attribute is used instead of the Description field in the report as a source for AI-generated report description. Please note: This function is active only for rich formatted text.	switcher
Choose type	required field; Admin defines the type of the attribute	drop-down list

The required attribute is displayed with the star icon on the create and edit object page.

Analytics Hub has eleven attribute types:

Type	Description	UI
Selector	the attribute with predefined set of values; Admin can add values or change values; values names should be unique for the current attribute	single search input
Multi-selector	Admin can add values for the attribute; the value names should be unique for the current attribute	multiple search input
Plaint text	allows you to add text to less than 250 symbols	allows you to add text to less than 250 symbols
Rich formatted text	allows you to add formatted text to the object	WYSIWYG editor, with a limit of 250 symbols
Image	allows you to add several images to the object	button to upload the image; required formats: *.png, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.webp, and size less than 2Mb
File	allows you to add several files to the object	button to upload the file with required types: .xlsx (.xls) and .csv
Link	allows you to add a URL address to the object button	input field with validation for the link type
Main link	allows you to add a link to the third-party system; and open buttons with an external link on the object preview and the one object page	input field with validation for link type
Boolean	allows you to receive notifications about updates to objects	switcher
Date	allows you to attach a specific date to the object	switcher
Period	allows you to assign a duration or time period to the object	switcher
