Object page: Create / Edit
Objects are the main entity on the portal. Creating an object is available via the + button for users with Editor and Admin licenses.
The creation of objects follows a block-based format:
- system attributes
- custom attributes
- relations
- roles
- keywords
The system attributes block contains the following fields:

Depends on object type configuration the next block will be with custom attributes. Admin can provide attributes on the object type page in the admin panel Custom attributes should be created and configured in the admin panel too. Follow Attributes in the admin panel
Admin can create and use for the object next attribute type:

If the relations was created between object types in the admin panel, user can relate objects when create the new object.
Every relation field consist of:
- relation name
- input field
- advanced search button
Relation name describe the direction and connection context. Provides in the admin panel when relation creating.
Input field provides the ability to search and select object, one or more, to create connect between. After the first click in field user will see most popular objects to select. But user can to search by the object name to find more relevant items. Tick the object in the results list and object will be adding to field as selected. After the saving relation between objects will create. Relations will be displayed on the Relations tab on object view page.
Advanced search is an additional options to find the relevant objects to connect, if the search is not enough. On this page you can filter the objects of particular type by attributes or relations.
Interface allows to add or remove several objects quickly. Also, user can pin or star (add to Workspace) objects directly from the search result list.
Roles
According to the tasks, roles can be implemented for objects. Roles are managed and created in the admin panel. They are used when creating objects or categories, and also during business processes
To the role can be assigned users or groups. Or both.
Filled roles could be used as a filters on Hub
If in the category to which the object is added there are defined roles responsible, they are inherited by the object.
Keywords
Keywords are useful for categorizing and systematizing objects.
The main advantage is that keywords user in the Elastic search to improve the quality and accuracy
