Change password	allows you to open Change password form	button
Old password	allows you to type current password; required field, if form is opened	input
New password	allows you to type current password; required field, if form is opened	input
Confirm new password	allows you to type current password; required field, if form is opened;value need to be the same as value in new password field	input
