Authentication
Only an admin can invite users to register in the system; self-registration is not permitted.
Users must use the email and password from the invitation letter.
To reset the current password user needs to click on the button Forgot password. Then fill in the Email field, a valid email presented in the system and click Send. A new password will be sent in a special letter.
The user can be blocked if he provides an invalid password several times. This setting is available for admin in the Security tab in the admin panel.
Please note:
- Upon first login, the user must change their password.
- One year after the last password change, the password becomes invalid, and the user is required to update it.
