All search in system is made on name, description and keywords of objects in general

Local search
On every page with an object list, the user can see the local search field. For filtering objects in the list using local search, the user needs to type name, description, keyword or synonyms fully or in part.
After searching for objects, the list will change and depending on the new list, new lists will be formed in the sidebar. If in the search results the list is only objects with Department type, the object type filter in the sidebar will display only Department type, etc.
Global Search
Search across the entire portal using the Elastic search system. Due to its multipurpose design, Global Search can also be used for navigation and quick access to portal content. The search takes place using the button in the header. It is available to all users, regardless of the license.

Please note
Search supports queries containing special characters and can return relevant results even when search terms contain minor typing errors. Request - objects with Draft and Moderated system statuses are not included in the global or local search.
