My workspace
My Workspace provides quick access to starred items, user-related requests, and active business processes.
The page consists of five sections:
All objects - Contains all objects the user pinned using the 'Star' button.
My objects – Automatically shows all objects and categories the user has created. Objects can be unpinned from the workspace.
Requests – Requests involving the user.
My processes – Business processes involving the user.
My roles – Shows a list of objects where the user has a role assigned.
With the following columns:
- Object name – name of the object; serves as a link to the object page (opens in a new window)
- Role – name of the role assigned to the user
- Granted at – date when the role was granted
- Granted by – user who granted the role
Additional details:
- One user can have multiple roles on the same object.
- If a role is assigned to a group that includes the user, it will also appear in this table.
Available actions:
Access items (all sections)
Pin/unpin items (All objects, My objects, Requests)
Remove from starred list (All objects, My objects, Requests)
View process details, expand info with +, filter by status (My processes)
Manage roles (My roles) – view role details, navigate to object pages, and track who granted roles and when.
Please note The checkbox allows you to select all objects, after which the Unstar all function becomes available.
All roles (Admin only)
The All roles tab is displayed on the My Workspace page after the My roles tab.
This tab is available only to users with the Admin license.
The tab contains a table with all roles assigned on the portal, including responsible users and groups.
Table structure
The table is based on the My roles table and includes the following columns:
- Object name – Clickable object name. Opens the object page in a new window
- Role – Name of the role
- User / Group – Full name of the user or the group name assigned to the role
- Granted by – User who assigned the role
- Granted at – Date when the role was assigned
Filters
The table supports filtering using separate multi-select filters:
- Role
- User / Group
The Admin user can combine filters to narrow down the results.
Filtering examples
- View all records where the Editor user is assigned to the Expert or Steward role
- View all records where the Author role is assigned to the Steward user or the Editors group
