Filters

General filters are displayed in the sidebar on the module, category and search results pages. Users can hide the filters sidebar by clicking the hide button. By default, the user sees all objects in the module as blocks or lists.

Filters by object type	allows you to filter objects in a list by object type. Multiple choice is available; ticked object types form the filter list by attributes and relations; if no type is ticked filter sidebar is the same as all types had been chosen	checkboxes
Filters by attribute plain text	allows you to filter objects in a list by the value of plain text attribute	text area with attribute name
Filters by attribute rich formatted text	allows you to filter objects in a list by the value of rich formatted text attribute	text area with attribute name
Filters by attribute boolean	allows you to filter objects in a list by the value of boolean attributes; only one value is available to tick	radio buttons with attribute name
Filters by attribute link	allows you to filter objects in a list by the value of the link attribute	text area with attribute name
Filters by attribute main link	allows you to filter objects in a list by value of main link attribute	text area with attribute name
Filters by attribute selector	allows you to filter objects in a list by value of selector attribute	checkboxes with attribute name
Filters by attribute multi selector	allows you to filter objects in a list by values of multi-selector attribute	checkboxes with attribute name
Filters by attribute report system	allows you to filter objects in a list by values of the report system attribute	checkboxes with attribute name
Filters by relations	allows you to filter objects in a list by related objects with another object type. One filter is one relation way: direct or converse. After clicking in the field, the user sees a tags list with related objects; the user can find related objects using search in the field	search field with advance search button
Related object list	the user can choose one or several objects in a list by clicking on them, and in the general list they will display only objects related with the chosen	tags area
Filters by categories	the user can filter objects by category. After ticking a check-box in the tree the user sees all objects linked within this category and its child(s). The user sees categories with added objects only, on the module page the user sees the categories which have common types with the module-only	categories tree with checkboxes
Filters by Status	This filter enables users to display only the objects involved in business processes with specific statuses, allowing for more focused navigation and process-based filtering. The filter appears automatically when such statuses are available	checkboxes with status name
Filters by BI Access	this filter enables users to display only the reports they have access to, ensuring streamlined navigation and focused data visibility	checkboxes with attribute name
Filters by Status	This filter allows users to sort and display reports based on their statuses within business processes, providing targeted visibility for specific workflow stages	checkboxes with statuses
