Filters

General filters are displayed in the sidebar on the module, category and search results pages. Users can hide the filters sidebar by clicking the hide button. By default, the user sees all objects in the module as blocks or lists.

Filters by object typeallows you to filter objects in a list by object type. Multiple choice is available; ticked object types form the filter list by attributes and relations; if no type is ticked filter sidebar is the same as all types had been chosencheckboxes

Filters by relationsallows you to filter objects in a list by related objects with another object type. One filter is one relation way: direct or converse. After clicking in the field, the user sees a tags list with related objects; the user can find related objects using search in the fieldsearch field with advance search button
Related object listthe user can choose one or several objects in a list by clicking on them, and in the general list they will display only objects related with the chosentags area
Filters by categoriesthe user can filter objects by category. After ticking a check-box in the tree the user sees all objects linked within this category and its child(s). The user sees categories with added objects only, on the module page the user sees the categories which have common types with the module-onlycategories tree with checkboxes
Filters by StatusThis filter enables users to display only the objects involved in business processes with specific statuses, allowing for more focused navigation and process-based filtering. The filter appears automatically when such statuses are availablecheckboxes with status name
Filters by BI Accessthis filter enables users to display only the reports they have access to, ensuring streamlined navigation and focused data visibilitycheckboxes with attribute name
