Dashboard
User goes on the Dashboard (Home) after clicking on the logo in the header
Page consists:
- Pinned
- Picked for me
- My Categories
| Elements | Description | Display as |

| Show all | allows you to go to the page where all the objects or categories in the system are displayed | button |
| Open | allows you to open original objects in third-party systems | button |
| Pin | allows you to pin/unpin objects from the Dashboard | button |
| Star | Allows you to add/remove objects from a workspace by clicking the star button | button |
Special feature button Show all - her behaviour depends on which tab is open:
- Pinned or Picked for me – opens the page with all portal objects
- My Categories – opens the All Categories page
Pinned
Displays objects that you have saved for daily use by clicking pin icon on the report card.
Also, user can use drag & drop system for sorting. (Objects can be dragged by any part of the card except the image.)
Picked for me
Displays a personalized list of objects based on user subscriptions and recent access. And filter icon beyond Show all button for filter displayed objects:
- Picked from categories
- New Access

My Categories
Displays all the categories you’ve pinned by clicking pin icon on the category page.
Global search
Search across the entire portal using the smart search system. Also on the search you can find additional features:
- Show All objects
- Show All categories
- Search for section
- Recently Viewed
- Recent Searches

Notifications
Notifications are divided into three tabs:
- All - Displays both Processes and Mentions sorted by the most recent
- Processes – Displays notifications about running business processes
- Mentions – Shows information about user mentions in messages or sharing objects
All notifications tabs have Mark as read button
Tabs include a list of notifications from the past 30 days, sorted with the most recent notifications at the top.
Each notification includes:

Author of notification or message
-
Related object name with active link
-
Date and time by UTC time
-
Processes also has a name of active business process
