Report system

Admin can add an unlimited number of reporting systems on the Report system tab. The report system value is the selector on the Create and Edit Object pages; it is shown as a label during object creation or BI system import.

To add a new entity Admin needs to:

  • click on the "+" button on the Report system page
  • type the unique name for the report system
  • select the label colour using the palette or type the RGB code of the colour in the modal window
  • enable or disable Report tab
  • enable or disable "Frame View"

Created report systems will be displayed in the second Analytics Hub module (Report Catalogue by default).

Report tab – This option allows you to display or hide the Report tab on the object page. You can access this tab either manually on the object page or by clicking the Open button on the object card within the module.

Please note: The Report tab is visible only if it is enabled in the admin panel and if the attribute with the Main Link type added to this object type has a value.

Frame View – This option allows you to view the report directly within the interface without switching to an external resource. Once enabled, the report can be accessed under the Report tab.

Please note: If the Report tab is disabled, the Frame View will not be visible even if it is enabled.
