Dynamic request forms for business processes

Admin can create and manage dynamic request forms for different business processes in the Admin Panel.

Creating a New Form

To create a new form, Admin can navigate to the Form Templates section under Content Management and follow these steps:

  1. Click the Create New Form Template button.
  2. Enter a name for the form in the Name field.
  3. Add categories in the Available Categories field.
  4. Select attributes in the Available Attributes field.
  5. Click Save to finalize the new form.

Editing an Existing Form

To edit an existing form, the admin can:

  1. Open the Form Templates page.
  2. Select the form to edit by choosing an existing template from the list and clicking its name.
  3. Update fields such as Name, Available Categories, or Available Attributes.
  4. Save the changes by clicking the Save button.
