Dynamic request forms for business processes
Admin can create and manage dynamic request forms for different business processes in the Admin Panel.
Creating a New Form
To create a new form, Admin can navigate to the Form Templates section under Content Management and follow these steps:
- Click the Create New Form Template button.
- Enter a name for the form in the Name field.
- Add categories in the Available Categories field.
- Select attributes in the Available Attributes field.
- Click Save to finalize the new form.
Editing an Existing Form
To edit an existing form, the admin can:
- Open the Form Templates page.
- Select the form to edit by choosing an existing template from the list and clicking its name.
- Update fields such as Name, Available Categories, or Available Attributes.
- Save the changes by clicking the Save button.
