Business processes
Admins can create and manage dynamic request forms and run or monitor business processes through the Admin Panel. Business processes are built with .bpmn schemas and use the Camunda engine. They can be initiated for objects or request objects and monitored in the Configuration tab.
Creating or editing a Business processes Form
- Fill the form with Camunda credentials to create a connection:

- Activate/deactivate Enabled switcher to allow connection with Camunda engine
- Click the Save button to save the credentials
- Click Update business processes list button to upload processes list from Camunda
Now admin can establish processes to run:
- for the Request object
- from the view object page
Monitoring
The monitoring tab contains information about running and completing business processes. Admin can see in table mode:
- Start date
- Last update date
- Name of object or request related to business process
- Business process name
- Invoker's name
- Process stage
- Suspend button for active processes. Using this admin can interrupt the current process
Custom processes
Accton allows to you use third-party systems for business processes. On the Custom process tab administrator can provide custom links for use in the business processes list.
Admin can add the link and custom name for it and this entity will be available in the list of processes:
- for the Request object
- on the View object page
