BI connectors
Admin can configure the connection to the BI system and upload BI data using the BI connectors module in the admin panel.
Analytics hub provides connectors to:
- Jira Cloud
- Power BI
- Qlik Cloud
- Report Server
- Tableau Cloud
- Tableau Server
List
Admin can see the list of created presets on this page with following information:
- Name
- Connector type
- Reporting system
On this page, Admin can:
- create a new preset by clicking the "Create New Preset" button
- delete a preset by clicking the trash button
- start the parsing process by clicking the "Start preset parsing" button (play icon)
- edit an existing preset by clicking the "Configuration" button (gear icon)
Create connector preset
After cklicking on the "Create New Preset" button Admin can see the Configuration tab.
On this tab, Admin can manage a set of settings for the BI system.
Here are the default fields for all connectors:

Also, for Jira Cloud Admin need to fill in additional field JQL filter

Configure BI connection
- Admin should configure requirement values for preset creation and fill in the required credentials according to the connector type on the Credentials tab.
Discovery BI data
- Admin should run the discovery process to analyse BI data, get a list of workspaces and reports for detailed parsing on the Scope tab.
Run parsing
- Admin can start detailed BI Data parsing using the "Start preset parsing" button in the presets list. Please note, before starting, parsing reports should be selected in the Scope list
- as a result of parsing new objects according to the Mapping schema will be created in Analytics hub
- any errors that may occur during parsing will be stored in the Errors log tab for every preset separately
Delete preset
Admin can delete the preset from the list on the BI connectors page using the Delete button. There are two options:
- Delete preset only - using this button configured preset will be deleted from the presets list; created objects in Analytics hub will be kept in the system
- Delete with objects - this option will delete preset with all related objects from Analytics hub
