Jira Cloud
Credential forms by connection type
Accton connects to your Jira Cloud instance using a personal access token (API token) paired with the account's username. This is currently the only supported authentication method for this connector. The fields it requires are described below. If you need help, contact our support team using the Help Request button in the Accton menu.
1. Personal access token
Used to authenticate to Jira Cloud with an Atlassian API token, in place of a password.

Where to find these values in Jira Cloud:
- Sign in to Atlassian → click your profile icon → Manage account → Security → Create and manage API tokens → create a token to get its value.
- BI username is the email address associated with the Atlassian account that owns the token.
