Tableau Cloud
Credential forms by connection type
Accton connects to your Tableau Cloud site using a Personal Access Token (PAT). This is currently the only supported authentication method for this connector. The fields it requires are described below. If you need help, contact our support team using the Help Request button in the Accton menu.
1. Personal access token
Used to authenticate to Tableau Cloud with a personal access token generated from your Tableau account, instead of a username and password.

Where to find these values in Tableau Cloud:
- Sign in to Tableau Cloud → click your profile icon → My Account Settings → Personal Access Tokens → create a token to get its name and secret value.
- Site is the part of the site's URL that follows
/site/(leave blank for the Default site, if applicable to your setup).
